Deposits
We don't like to make reservations, but if we do we'll need a deposit of 50% or $100.00,
whichever is more; and if you don't show up, we keep the deposit.
There is a breakage clean-up deposit of $50.00 for each cabin or room, $150.00 for the
lodges and pavilion, $200.00 for the Pedernales Inn, $500.00 for Pedernales Hall,
and $10.00 for each campsite.
If we are around, have time to inspect the cabin or campsite before you leave,
and there is someone there with a cash box key, your deposit will be returned upon check out.
If not, we will mail it to you.

Payments
All payments must be in advance. We prefer checks, but will take cash. Credit cards
accepted only for charges of $400.00 or more and with enough advance notice
for us to find a card imprint machine.

		Information about the ranch

	Where Our Motto Is "We Usually Aren't Open" The Ranch at Flat Creek Crossing is a 560 acre non-profit training and retreat site located on the eastern fence line of the 5,000-acre Pedernales Falls State Park. Our normal chores keep us pretty busy so we usually do not take paying guests. However, if we have an open cabin and if there is someone around to check you in and out, we will occasionally defray our costs by taking in a paying guest. But WE ARE NOT A RESORT, so we make no promises other than a roof, a swimming hole, 10+ miles of trails, and to leave you alone. Usually no phone, no TV no linens, no towels, no meals served, also no smoking, no dogs, no guns, no whining, and no refunds - and you carry out your own trash. We usually have electricity and water, indoor plumbing, small fridges and microwaves but if they break while you are there we won't fix 'em.
