"Conditions of use"            
 
PRIORITY CONTRIBUTIONS (TAX DEDUCTIBLE) WHICH ARE SOLICITED, AND MAY BE either cash, merchandise, equipment, etc.  
 
Currently, Child Inc. is soliciting contributions for the following projects or of the following items:

Contributions for purchase of furnishings at the Jennifer and Sarah Lodge Lodge (approximate cost $10,000);


Contributions for landscaping the Jennifer and Sarah Lodge (approximate cost $5,000);

Use of heavy equipment;

Security monitoring devices for both preschool centers (in town and the ranch); and Construction of the stables
(approximate cost $10,000);

Contributions to assist with construction of additional log cabins (approximate cost per cabin $28,000 to $45,000);

Development of Flat Creek Shelter Cave Nature and Meeting Area ($14,000);

Contributions to make the creek more handicapped accessible (approximate cost $8,000); and
contributions for improving of the swimming areas on Flat Creek (approximate cost $35,000).

Contributors may designate the project of their interest and contributions, of course,
do not have to be for the total cost of that project.
 
MAJOR CONTRIBUTIONS THUS FAR INCLUDE:
A two-story log meeting lodge contributed in the memory of Jennifer and Sarah Harbison .

An Isuzu Trooper from Andrews Engineering;

Pumps and electrical devices from Rocket Water of San Marcos;

Fiberglass construction panels, beams and materials from Composite Technology of Ft. Worth;

Electrical switching and wiring devices from General Electric Corporation;
 
 
RENTAL OF FACILITIES  
Based on demand and financial consideration, the facilities at Flat Creek may occasionally be rented to outside
organizations or individuals. Income from revenue associated with Flat Creek is used to defray operating expenses and to
maximize the projects, goals, and objectives described above. Contributions are tax deductible and appreciated.
